The paper discusses the necessary theoretic mediations for the development of na analysis of competition, after the Marxian theory of value and capital. After the presentation of a general conception of competition, the adequate mediations for its analysis are proposed: a transformation of profit into medium profit (equalization of productive capitals), the autonomous forms of capital and individual capital.
